「All was great」

「Excellent, nothing to complain about. Close to shopping Clean rooms, great staff, nice pool area,」

「Overpriced for the location, beach access is tricky and timely, the shower doors don't close and the ice machines don't work and bread service is $9. But a swanky hotel.」

「Comforter had a spot of blood on it. The coffee maker did not work. The floor was sticky in the bathroom and foyer. There was only one nightstand on one side of the king size bed. There was no soap or liquid bath wash in the shower.The refrigerator had no freezer in it. There was no safe in the room. The toilet paper holder came loose from the wall. The drain in the sink was not functional. Water stood in the Bassin because the stopper dropped down into the drain.」

「Over all our stay was good. We were traveling from Orlando to Arizona and decided to stay in miamar for a beach day. Our room had a very weird smell to it but we got in so late that we just dealed with it. Maybe a carpet change is needed in the hallway and rooms. Smelled like cheese pizza. Staff was okay, not overly friendly yet not rude.」

「It is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable. We did have a problem with not having very hot water - more lukewarm to cold. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Convenient to everything.」

「Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay.」

「Loved how clean it was also good breakfast nice pool and friendly staff the only thing I didn't like was someone in the room above us woke up on the last day we stayed and was making a bunch of noise but was not the hotel's fault just be mindful of other guest if you are a early bird or like to stay up late besides that very good stay would definitely book again.」

「The stay was pretty good. However about 1am the fire alarm went off and scared my baby so bad he couldn't go back to sleep and the next night he was afraid to go to sleep. I brought it to the front desk attention and got nothing. Besides that the stay was fine」
