Most everything was ok

Host was terrific! Place was ok. What surprised us was for folks staying in the larger room with two beds, they had a long travel to get to the bathroom. The second bath was down the hall a ways, next door to smaller room (which had a 3/4 bath). Needed to call for a clean pillow case for one of our pillows, The kitchen was well stocked though there was no Kleenex in either bathroom. It was handy having washer and dryer. There are several places where people stay; noise one night was bothersome. I would probably look for another place next time though if I’m in a pinch, I’d stay there again.

Comfortable and Convenient

3 family members and I stayed here on a recent trip to Washington D.C. The rental was about an hour drive from D.C. and very close to parks, stores, and restaurants in Maryland. I appreciated that the rental itself felt safe and remote while still being close to freeway access. The 3 double beds were comfortable, as was the couch. We found it convenient to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, and utensils. The driveway provided free and ample parking. A washer and dryer was located right outside the door to the unit we stayed in, although we ended up not needing to use them. Roger was friendly and welcoming. He responsed quickly when I messaged to ask for check in instructions. Check in was simple. Check out instructions were clearly posted near the laundry appliances. Roger happened to be on the property when we arrived and when we left. He made sure we got in okay and didnt need anything. He thanked us for staying and asked about our stay before we left. I would recommend staying here if you're visiting the Silver Spring area. I would stay here again if went back.
