This is on the very end of the complex so the deck off the back has great views and super easy access to the open space where there are good trails to walk your dog, hike, people were skiing thru the open space. Saw 2 adolescent moose siblings that one resident we talked to said this is their 3rd winter in the neighborhood, so that was a super unique experience. (He also said there is an adult male that has been spotted in the parking lot of the complex adjacent to this one.) The interior was really comfortable living space. We didn't utilize it much, but the kitchen was well equipped with pots pans, kitchenware, small appliances, etc. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure good, household supplies easy to get to and find. Issues that we had during our 4 night stay that were annoying but didn't affect our overall enjoyment: 1. no instruction given on how to lock the front door when we left. Got a code to open it from outside, and we could deadbolt it when we were inside, but when we left for dinner or something it was just un-locked. 2. one night the TVs would not connect to the WIFI so we could not access our streaming services, but we could still watch their DishNetwork channels. Router seemed to be working ok for laptops and phones to access the network but the TVs would not connect. 3. the couches in the main living area look great, but were not comfortable, 4. Parking - we only had one car and it was hard to find a spot a couple of times, but i imagine if a guest had 2 cars or even the 3 max allowed, then the other 2 would have trouble finding somewhere to park, but maybe we were just there on a super busy week. 5. Kindling for the fireplace. There was a kindling bucket outside the front door, but only a couple slivers of kindling in there. We just would collect some dead wood from under trees while walking the dog, but that was it, cause there was a great supply of actual firewood at the house, so we didn't have to go buy firewood which can be expensive.
Out of our 4 spring break family trips, we all agreed this was our favorite place so far. Thanks.
