Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented for 8 weeks. While I stayed the entire time I had family and friends come and go.Location was excellent as I was training in Leadville 35 mins away but had the amenities of a town like Silverthorne.Home was wonderful, clean and flexible for our varied guests.Would definitely rent again.

Malfunction of furnace was supported by space heaters that worked well for 4 days while repairs were made. It was thoroughly cleaned the 1st day. Repairs were made as well as could be expected. John
