Great Townhome & Location

This townhome was so nice for our group of 4! It was in a great location to be able to drive to multiple different mountains throughout our stay. It was clean upon entry and well stocked with everything we needed. The heated floors were a huge plus! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us use your home!

Nice place

Beautiful location on the river. Nicely furnished and good space for up to six or seven guests. We had some issues with the heat, which should have been set before we arrived since it is radiant heating and takes a long time to warm up, and the fireplace and TV which were not properly set up. But Vacasa took care of these things the second day.

Silverthorne Condo

This house had a great location views. The house was clean and well furnished. Plenty of seating for dinner and evening games. My family had a great time. Only disappointment was the inoperable hot tub in the complex. Vacasa was very respondent on the situation and compensated me for this unusable amenity. They were great to work with.

Nice view - Updated Appliances - Condo Needs Updates

Beautiful view, and nice location. Condo had some nice upgrades (kitchen/bathroom countertops and new appliances). Furnishings and bedding could use upgrades (no fitted sheet on master bed, and no extra pillow cases available). Property management was unresponsive, as we tried to report issues (for 2 days). The fireplace starter is going out, and the fireplace would only work for about 10 minutes (if you could get it to start in the first place). Cleaning crew should be attuned to light bulbs out and broken items. Furniture placement was a little odd, as the master had utility cabinets for beside tables with a slew of powerstrips with the beside clock sitting on the floor. A filing cabinet serves as one of the a bedside tables in the upstair bedroom, and an empty bookcase in the half bath. The kitchen was not stocked with any towels or counter disinfectant spray…with the kitchen table covered in plastic, it was a challenge to ensure the cleanliness after eating. With this view, and some easy updates/repairs and attention to detail this condo could be fabulous.
