Exceptional apartment seafront

Apartment Isabel is situated just by the beach promenade of Armação de Pêra. This apartment is located on the 4th floor and from your balcony, living room and bedroom you will experience the beautiful ocean view. From your big balcony (about 12m⊃2;) you will enjoy the magnificent sun risings as well as sunsets.

Of course there is also SAT-TV (Astra satellite with international and Portuguese channels) and fast fiber optic internet Internet in the apartment. All rooms dispose of air conditioner.

The apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room with a sleeping sofa for 2 persons, at best equipped kitchen corner, bathroom, storage room with washing machine, and a balcony.
The monthly prices in winter are incl. 2 intermediate cleanings per month.

Apartment Isabel was fantastic! Communication was excellent. Mrs. Andrea met us and she was great. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could need. Just as the pictures. It is in the best location. We loved relaxing on the large balcony. Very comfortable bed. We are looking forward to returning!

Fantastic stay

First off, the view from this apartment is worth it! It’s such a sight to wake up too, just beautiful. Spend 5 nights here and it was amazing. There’s so many places to eat and explore with just a short walk; plus there’s multiple supermarkets close by, big and small. Our host was simply amazing. Communication with her was easy and she was quick to respond. Definitely recommend for anyone that loves the beach, as it’s literally steps away. Falling asleep and waking up to the ocean, 10/10. I would also like to mention the fact that i had requested a bouquet of flowers and they made it happen, the flowers was beautiful and Andrea was just great, super available and when we needed things done at the appartment she absolutely did everything to resolve the problem within the same day. Apartment was clean and had utensils and whatever else one would need to prepare a meal. The only thing i can criticize about the place was the wifi connection could’ve been better but other than that it was absolutely great.Hoping to come back and visit in the future.

Beautiful Seaview Apt

It is rare to find an appt with all of the following... Proper shower, comfortable bed, smart TV, black out blinds on windows, properly ventilated toilet, Air con, and a large balcony south facing that is enclosed for privacy and No direct Sunlight but with spectacular panoramic views. Top this off with more than accommodating helpful and responsive hosts and you come to the conclusion that It doesn't get any better than this. Many thanks we had a very comfortable stay.

Nice spot in the middle of the tourist section. Short walk to medium size grocery. Lots of great restaurants around. The unit is nothing fancy and Portugese customs are different than USA

Magnifique appartement

Superbe appartement avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, très agréable et très lumineux avec un immense balcon. Tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d'agreable vacances. Cette appartement est idéalement placé pour visiter l'Algarve. 30 min de la plus part des sites à voir sur une semaine. Pour terminer un grand merci pour l'accueil avec une pensée pour notre voyage de noce.

Wow!

This place has an amazing view. If you are looking for a place to sit on the balcony, listening to the crashing waves and enjoying a glass of wine… this is the place for you. Check in was easy. Any issues that came up (and they were minor and out of hosts control), the host was quick to respond to messages. The heat wasn’t working but they provided a portable heater which we didn’t need to use. There is parking, but unless you have a little “beep-beep” car, you have to street park. But off season, there was plenty of free parking available. Since it’s off season, many restaurants closed early and shops weren’t open but the lack of people made it even more peaceful. We will definitely be back! Thank you Elisabeth!!

Beautiful Apartment in a Fabulous location .

We were met by Karin on time outside the apartment she was very friendly and welcoming . The apartment is in a fabulous location overlooking the beach at Armacao de Pera . The apartment has everything needed for a relaxing holiday, the bed was extremely comfortable the balcony is spacious with great furniture . Overall we had a great holiday and will definitely be booking this apartment again .

Das beste Appartement, das ich je gemietet hatte

Als erstes möchte ich mitteilen, das die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hervorragend funktioniert hat. Das Appartement ließ wirklich keinen Wunsch offen. Alleine die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll. Alles war vorhanden. Sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand waren vorhanden, einen Trolli zum Einkaufen haben wir nutzen können, so brauchten keine Taschen für einen größeren Einkauf getragen werden. Aber das beste: Der wahnsinnig schöne Ausblick auf den Atlantik, egal aus dem Wohnzimmer oder dem Schlafzimmer, von dem man auch auf den großen Balkon gelangt. Einfach nur traumhaft!! Das Appartement ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen, sollte es uns wieder nach Amarcao de Pera verschlagen. EINFACH TOP!!

Vistas espectaculares

El apartamento está muy bien, con todas las comodidades, no le falta de nada. La ubicación es perfecta, con vistas inmejorables. Tiene varios puntos a mejorar: siendo un cuarto piso, hay hormigas, el baño tiene malos olores producidos por el sumidero, el acceso a la plaza de garaje es muy estrecho, no entra un coche grande, la televisión tienes 500 canales, ni uno en portugués o español.

Ein Apartment zum verlieben !

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter...…. zum dritten mal geniessen wir den November im mediterranen Armacao de Pera und haben für das kommende Jahr gleich wieder gebucht. Uns gefällt besonders die Lage der Wohnung direkt im Fussgängerbereich und die Nähe zum Meer auf das rauschen des Meeres können wir uns ein ganzes Jahr freuen. Im November sind zwar manche Lokalitäten in AdP geschlossen, daher ist es in diesem Zeitraum besonders ruhig und gerade das gefällt uns am besten. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht . Wir geniessen den frischen Fisch, manchen Schluck vom köstlichen portugiesischen Wein und kaufen gerne am Samstag auf dem Markt das frische Obst und Gemüse. Am Samstag gehört der Besuch im "Wiener Café" bei Karin und Alexander obligatorisch dazu, man trifft Gäste die wie wir, nicht das erste Mal ihre Ferien in AdP verbringen. Wir wünschen den beiden weiterhin eine glückliche Hand bei ihren Vermietungen und freuen uns schon heute euch im nächsten Herbst wieder zu treffen. Herzlichst E.M.+ R.K.

Very well located and equipped 4th floor apartment overlooking the beach. Alexander the owner was very welcoming and was contactable during our stay. Local and satellite TV stations, however they seemed aimed at German stations, no English. Would benefit from a DVD player. Comfortable balcony seating. Would recommend.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Das Haus ist direkt am Strand und die Promenade bietet ausreichend Shopping und Unterhaltung. Das Internet ist allerdings eher auf der langsamen Seite. Insgesamt super und wir kommen gerne wieder.
