「The property was beautiful and secluded which made for a relaxing stay but the issue that brought the stay down was in hostility of the reception staff. Upon checking in, we were allocated a room with a patio that open straight onto the public walkway of the resort. We paid for a room with a balcony. We asked the reception staff if we could be given a room with a balcony like we paid for and we even said we were happy to moves rooms at any point in our stay. The room change didn’t have to be...

「It’s a nice spacious property especially if you book residence with many pools and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Only few things that we found can make stay even better but not something that will be deal breaker. If you like late night snacks or room services there are no facility after 10:30 at the hotel premises but you can order food from Uber eats. As it’s a big place it can do with having a grocery store or convenience store on premises. Secondly no private beach,...

「The check in process was smooth and front desk staff was helpful. My room was clean and came with a free bottle of water. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel has a pool and outdoor bar. Food at the bar was just okay. It was difficult to get Ubers from Carvoeiro to Portimao and Praia da Rocha, so keep that in mind if that’s where you’re planning to spend most of your time.」
