“I read through the reviews and was honestly quite scared of the metal door hook breaking in method but during my stay I had no such issue. The apartment self catering was beautiful, it had all the pots, pans and cutlery needed to cook. There was a washing machine and a microwave included. In the cupboard there was ironing equipment.Safe was included in the closet. Also very nice citrus shampoo, conditioner and soap. The housekeeping was very helpful and nice, glass water bottles was replaced……

“Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack”

“Worst nights sleep ever!! The beds were the biggest issue and the main reason I would not recommend Wyndham Residences Algarve Carvoeiro. We expected a new 4-star hotel experience, but the bed was unbelievably hard. Genuinely the hardest and most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on. There was no topper or anything to soften it, and my back still hurts. Our friends had a separate room and had the same experience. None of us slept well. The room also got extremely hot. The AC shuts off……
