Hotel location is convenient for visiting Batu Kawan industrial area, smooth traffic in the morning, not so in the evening at the Simpang Ampat junction. Nearby not many food centers, WiFi is very slow, like most budget hotels.

Good stay but more expensive to book through here.

Booked for a short trip stay when visiting family. New hotel and clean. Offered 3 single beds which was really great. Two downsides: 1. Toilet floor mat looks really old. Didn't understand why the hotel don't provide new floor mat to match other stuff like beds, bedsheet and towels. 2. It was RM30 more expensive to book through online booking website compared to walk-in book in. It was probably the fee paid to online booking website. Would re-visit this hotel again for my stay in this area but definitely would not book through online booking website anymore next time. At least for this hotel.
