The people were nice and the location is perfect. However, the room smelled damp and the windows cannot open so it was difficult to air out the room. The airco was clearly filled with dust and was blowing dust through the room.

Front office staff gave away personal information to local person. One entered the room acting as house keeping; thought no one was in the room. Besides that the location was perfect the room was nice .

The property is well placed and mentained. All we needed ,beach shopping, dining were within walking distance. I didn't like the check in and out schedule. My flight into SXM was at 9:00 AM and I couldn't check in until 3:00PM. Also ,my flight out was at 6:PM and I had to check out at 11:00AM.

The property was well maintained, the suite was clean, the AC worked great, and the staff was courteous. I am not giving it a better review because our room was not serviced once during our stay and, sometimes, there was not hot water, mainly overnight. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
