“The house is very cozy. 3 bedrooms and baths, large kitchen and dining area. The best thing is the pool area looking right out to the ocean. A covered patio and cute octagonal pool . There is also beach access below. Lovely location too, easy to get to Maho and Simpson Bay, also the airport.”

“This home was everything as described. Absolutely stunning views, beautiful layout of the home and the backyard around the pool. Plenty of area to be together or to have some space. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had the smaller items like a lime crusher that most places don't. Within walking distance of Maho and the Sunset Cafe to watch the planes land. I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved the home!”

“The accommodations were comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The view and morning Sunrise were spectacular and a highlight of the property! We enjoyed the family of Iguanas who frequented to rock ledges over the bay just past the deck and pool. The only downside to the place was that it was in need of some TLC and repair in some ways, but overall we were happy and felt that the location and comfort factor made the value very good for the money. Location is near a very busy area, but……

“Great stay at the Cliff house. Very private accommodations and plenty of room for a couple or a family experience. Easy parking, but only a short 7 minute walk into town. ”

“Location - Location - Location. What a great location and property. Easy walking distance to Maho Beach and shopping district. If you rent a car - any easy drive to Philipsburg, Mullet Bay Beach etc. Never made it to the french side - but Mullet Beach was excellent with chair/umbrella rentals and a couple of beach bars for your beer/daqueri needs. Anchor House was as pictured. Deck with pool was awesome. Unfortunately to warm to leave doors open and enjoy the crashing waves. Bedroom AC……

Beautiful home with ample amount of space for our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids)!Air conditioning worked great, the house never felt warm!Plenty of pool toys for the kids.My only recommendation would be to get rid of the projector in the upstairs master bedroom- the blue power lights are super bright at night, my understanding is it didn’t work anyways. ”
