「Our stay came after an 18" snowfall and near 0F cold in historic Collinsville, so we were concerned about our late arrival, parking, safe walkways and a warm home. What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River. Coming from Texas, we couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome to Connecticut.Carol's 1860 home is nicely furnished and spotless. Crisp bed linens and oversized...

「It fitted it our needs as our staff needed a place to stay for our 4 day event. We didn't do any cooking even though it was a pretty nice kitchen. We could your typical street sounds but it was easy to tune it out. I would definitely stay here again if we have another large scale event to attend!」

「Everything was lovely! The host was welcoming, the cottage was adorable. Amenities were great (fire was on when we got there, warming blankets on the bed). So cozy! Perfect place to snuggle up during the coldest weekend of the year. We'd definitely stay again. 」
