Having one apartment per floor made it quiet, private, and spacious, with lovely views from the room and rooftop bar. However, while generally clean, there were some minor issues like sofa stains and a bit of mold in the shower. Given this, it was a good stay, but still feel it was a little overpriced. "Location is great! Near the harbour and ferry and so many high end shops. However, the room conditions need a lot of updates. Bathroom grout lines are moldy. Rooms had a musty smell and so were the hallways. It was very deceiving because the lobby looks so fancy like a 5 star hotel. "
