「The hotel claimed to be pet friendly with breakfast included. My dog is a service dog and was reluctantly allowed. There was no breakfast included. One of our towels was stained. The staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「Todo el personal muy amable, nos regalaron unos detalles sorpresa, Alberca grande, actividades para niños, adultos, variedad de restaurantes, a pie de playa, comunicacion entre los 4 hoteles del El CID, en general todo muy bien, habitación con vista al mar y a la alberca solo la habitación que nos tocó tenía algunos detalles, sobre todo el baño le falta remodelación, de ahí en más todo excelente 」

「Royal Villas is an older hotel. The pool is small but nice. The staff at the hotel are very good and friendly. The beds are good. The elevators are fast and reliable. The maintenance people are quick on making repairs. The TV in our room only had 2 stations that were in English.」
