“The suite was not up to par for a Marriott room. Overall it was tired and in need of much love. However, the host was responsive and helpful resolving some issues.We had no heat during the cold snap on two different days and the problem was resolved. One day it was due to an issue with the heat pump in the room. “My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The views from our balcony were better than expected. There was always a chair available at the pool. The location of the property was central to everything we wanted to do. It was a perfect, much needed getaway. ”

“If I could rate the property itself, I would give it five stars. The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The room however, was not. We were placed on the 20th floor, which was undergoing major renovations. Carpet removal, wallpapering the entire hall and painting every room. We were the only room completed on the entire hall, therefore we were the only tenants on the 20th floor. There was debris lining the entire hall throughout our entire stay.
