「Our room was clean and spacious. We traveled with 4 other families and no one had complaints about their rooms. The front desk staff and pool/beach staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a nice stay, but the amenities are not big enough to serve a full hotel. We were there during spring break and pool chairs were at a premium. I didn’t sit in a lounger the entire week at either pool bc if you didn’t save them at 10am you were out of luck. I don’t know that they have a way to solve...
