Villetta "Clementina" is located in Solanas and is a large house, clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The house is located in a private village a few tens of meters from the sea (about 80 meters) and with direct access to the beach via a private road. In addition, the condominium has a private pine forest of 5500 square meters, where you can jog or relax in the pine forest not far from a cliff. The house is located 80 meters from the beach and is composed of a large living room with dining area and kitchenette (there are fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, satellite TV), double bedroom and three bedrooms with two beds singles each and two bathrooms. Garden with barbecue and outdoor shower, covered veranda equipped with table and chairs, parking space. The prices shown include water and gas charges, assistance for the entire period of the stay and final cleaning (included only in the months of July and August).
At about 700 meters from the house it is possible to walk to the center of the village of Solanas where there are markets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy and weekly market.
The renowned tourist resort of Villasimius is easily reachable by car - 10 minutes - to the east and the Torre delle Stelle resort to the west in 5 minutes.
