Perfect location

Nice cozy cabin perfect setting along the the first fork of sinnemahoning creek. The fire pit is big enough to have a good fire it was nice to see some deer come down in the yard at sundown. The creek is a perfect spot for fishing and watching ducks. Cabin was equipped with all utensils needed to make a good home meal. Will be going back again

Not as represented

Property is more run down than represented. Found the house dirty and it smelled. Carpet in the bathroom (!), toilet not clean. Dirty windows and sills. Kitchen sink old with (rusty?) drain. Laundry/entrance/mudroom carpeted (!) with horrid smell. Ladybug infestation. Best part of the property was the beautiful backyard with direct access to the Sinnemahoning Creek.
