“There pictures are severely outdated. Their appliances were not operating. The frozen food we put in the freezer the night we arrived was warm when we woke the next morning. When I woke up the next morning and stepped out of bed I stepped in a puddle of water that leaked in from outside. This place was dingy and wasn’t even the same outside color as the pictures. Severe miss representation. The maintenance crew that came the next morning illuded to the fact that they come and fix fix fix.”

“No hot water, TV did not have any Chanel’s, toilet broken and ran on, no restaurant on site. Staff were very nice but facility was very dated, beds hard, room furniture looked like from a garage sale ”

“Stayed on the first floor in the studio. Absolutely loved the resort: great and very convenient location, good beach, friendly staff. You can walk to Philipsburg. There’s car rental right on the property. Convenience store has surprisingly good selection of food, alcohol and other stuff, even though quite overpriced. The only thing we didn’t like is that smoking was allowed everywhere which was very disturbing for non-smokers and those with health issues.”

“You're steps away from a nice sandy beach, a few waves getting in and out but can float around if you like. They have assigned beach chairs, you tell them what area you want and they'll put your room number on some that are available. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially at the little Mini Mart and had everything you would need. We never ate at the restaurant, went next door to Divi, they have several options. The room's are outdated but found everything was clean enough,……

“Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.”

“The boardwalk is right there. Steps away from town. Shopping!!!!! Literally on the beach. OMG. Will definitely go back.”
