「There pictures are severely outdated. Their appliances were not operating. The frozen food we put in the freezer the night we arrived was warm when we woke the next morning. When I woke up the next morning and stepped out of bed I stepped in a puddle of water that leaked in from outside. This place was dingy and wasn’t even the same outside color as the pictures. Severe miss representation. The maintenance crew that came the next morning illuded to the fact that they come and fix fix fix.」

「I enjoyed my stay. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in an excellent location on the island and very central if you wish to go to Marigot (the French side) or Simpson Bay/Maho Beach (Dutch side) or even to the ferries so you can island hop. It's good to know they will be renovating the hotel soon. My critiques are minor and they are 1) guests should be made aware that the hotel's pool is rented out for private parties so they can plan accordingly. Sharing the...
