Sint Maarten Hotel with Pool

"Perfect location, you can walk to groceries and many restaurants. 5 mins from the airport was a bonus. Absolutely beautiful blue clear water on every view. We stayed in the marina view and we ended up in the best location to enjoy the full resort. Very clean and the one bedroom had everything we needed. Highly recommend for couples or families. "

"First time in St. Maarten and we chose the right location for the Dutch side. Right on the bay beach, nice pool overlooking the Ocean. It’s more of a Time-share clientele and no daily room service. We got the breakfast package which you didn’t. There is a supermarket up the block and a ton of restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car which was cheap. The roads are not perfect. We are in Orient Bay to check out the French resort experience. "

"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."

"Central Location, Many Restaurants in Walking distance, Rooms - large Excellent. Restaurant in hotel very good & not expensive. Beach on property is so so for SXM. Better beaches are less than 3miles. Outdoor club next door has a nightly reggae or soca band! "
