Great location in Historic District

Great little escape in Historic District of Sioux Falls. We loved spending time on the front porch. Would definitely stay again.

Dart Tournament Stay

Lovely historic district stay!

Loved that the house has 4 levels! The kids had lots of independent play and the adults had lots of calm on the main level! The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the windows allow tons of light in the house. The host was very accommodating to our 3 family group. We had a lovely walk to Queen Bakery, Falls Park and La Luna. So fun to stroll through a historic district on our way!

Beautiful Home

This house was just like it said and more. So beautiful and the beds were sooooo comfy! Had tons of amenities and the kids LOVED the sauna the movie theater room. The bean bag couch was so cozy my two teenage daughters chose to sleep there instead of beds! The area has lots of historic houses that made the stay seem even more serene. Probably one of the cleanest houses we stayed in as well. Can't say enough about it!! Would recommend 1,000 times over!

Great location, but not what we expected

Very cute small house but not what we expected. This house was not large enough for 9 people. The lawn hadn't been mowed; it was very long. There was laundry in the dryer when we arrived, beds were just thrown together. There was no water pressure. They just need a new shower head that would take care of the issue. Someone else arrived at the VRBO at 11:00 in the evening stated they had the house rented as well! Overall, I wasn't pleased. The house has a lot of potential, unfortunately they are only doing the bare minimum to take care of it.

Nice Place!

This was a work trip so location was great and close to the airport, meeting venue, and many local attractions. House was very clean and Nick was extremely responsive! Although there is another smaller shower, hoping they get the main shower fixed for their next guest...low water pressure. Will be saving this one for next year's trip!
