Spacious and Nice Amenities

The home is very spacious and comfortably accomodated our family of 12. The house looks exactly as posted. The house was clean and check In and checkout very There. Having a pool table down on the bottom floor was enjoyed by all. Also having access to two recreation centers were great. There are so many activities one can get involved with there. We all had an enjoyable stay here.

The Ladies Take Black Butte!

Black Butte Ranch is a beautiful area. The neighborhood where the house was located was very quiet and peaceful. The house has enough bedrooms for a large group and four bathrooms were helpful with a group of women!

Best was good bicycles. Nice spacious well appointed house but in need of better management--messy problems with resort info, entry lock, wifi, propane leak.

Good house, bad manager

Nice house, well appointed, great to have working bicycles. But the manager is Vacasa, distant people on the phone who don't know the property. Took 15 minutes to get in through the impossible code/lock; Vacasa doesn't know the trick to it. We had to call the FD for the gas smell; we found the propane tank was left open and slightly on. The Wifi info from Vacasa was wrong, our firmware engineer realized the router had been reset to factory settings and know how to get the password. Vacasa kept messaging that only the resort could say if the resort fee was prepaid, when Vacasa already had included it. And so on.
