“Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano ”

“Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tag am Orta-See.Der Check in mit Ilaria hat problemlos geklappt und sie spricht sehr gut deutsch.Es fehlt einem an nichts im Haus. Auch der Pool ist wunderbar. Hier könnte man die Leiter in den Pool erneuern bzw. verlängern.Die Dusche im kleinen, älteren Bad ist recht eng.Leider ist die Straße, die direkt am Grundstück vorbei führt recht laut. Tagsüber und bis spät abends ist hier sehr viel Verkehr, was manchmal doch störend sein kann. Steht so auch nicht in der……

“It was very clean, and quiet. It was a wait on a bus to get there. And I ended up walking all the way back to the ferry boat to take me back to Arona..
I think there was bus options..
But I didn’t know where to wait.. so that’s probably on me??

“Het was een heel mooi huisje. Alles aanwezig om te koken , slaapkamer was heel netjes en authentiek met smaak ingericht , tuintje werd elke ochtend geveegd en met tuinkussens ingericht door Antonella ! We kregen zelfs een taartje toen we arriveerden en mede daardoor voelden we ons zéér welkom. De omgeving is erg mooi al moet je wel even rijden voor een klein strandje aan het schitterende meer .We komen graag nog eens terug ! ”

“Kann man absolut nicht empfehlen, die Fensterläden Liesen sich nicht öffnen und es war heiß in den Räumen
Stühle waren wackelig, das 3 Bett war ein ausziehsofa in der Küche. Der weg vom empfohlenen Parkplatz zur Wohnung nur Bergauf und zu weit weg, wir sind nach kurzer und nicht befriedigender Unterhaltung mit Fewo sofort abgereist.
Auf meine Bitte mit Fewo das sich der Gastgeber bei mir meldet kam bis jetzt nichts, das gesamte Geld wurde behalten, wir bekamen nichts zurück.
Mein Fazit nie……

“Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Hochhaus direkt am See. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Nachbarn aus dem Haus sind sehr nett. Das Pool ist groß und sauber. Die Lage ist gut, am südlichen Ende des Lago Maggiore.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wohnt direkt im Haus. Für Fragen steht sie immer zur Verfügung.”

“Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort (großer Kühlschrank, große Spülmaschine, viel Küchenausstattung etc.), daher auch für längere Aufenthalte gut geeignet.
Wir waren mit zwei Kindern unterwegs und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben.
Wenn es sehr heiß ist fehlt vielleicht die Klimaanlage, die aber bereits vorbereitet ist und ja eventuell noch installiert wird.
Die Eigentümer und Nachbarn sind ausgesprochen freundlich.

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
