“What a great little hide away with an amazing view of the lake. The parking is very tight esp for large SUV but we fit and the home is super cute cabin vibe and very clean. We had more than enough room for four people yet still had amazing dinners and cozy family movie nights. Best part for us though was the gift basket on arrival. “This is a cozy and lovely cabin with a wood stove and creek out front for great ambiance. There is a convenience store about a mile away and a trailhead a short walk down the road. It is at the edge of a neighborhood but still feels very private. The stairway to the entrance and inside to the bedroom could be an issue if mobility is a challenge. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is nice. Everything feels very updated but still rustic and charming. We loved it so much we even extended……

“Relaxing retreat tucked into a scenic quiet bay. John & Marge were excellent hosts and the chalet is setup wonderfully. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the view and peaceful surroundings and walking down to the state marina. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the island!”
