I'm sorry that you did not have a good stay with us. We would have hoped that you contacted us straight away so that we would be able to find a suitable solution so that your stay in Faore Islands would not be affected negatively. We have never had any issues or complaints at this place before. The cottage is kept and furnished in a traditional way, just like it would be in an traditional old faroese house - although with new mattrasses fitted to old beds. We will of course take onboard your criticism, improve and try to make sure to let our guests know beforehand more information about the cottage and that the house is situated in a small faroese village.
