「Did not like having no staff at reception. No customer service, no number to call for help with problems. Musty smell in room Only one dim lamp in room. TV not working nobody responded to my text.eill not staying there again. Room next door had pole of rags or clothes visible in front of curtain. Cigarette butts on dirty stairway. Ick.」

「It was clean and the staff were helpful but the refrigerator temperature was too low that whatever in the fridge was frozen. The toilet, on the other hand, made some terrible noises like flushing without any reason. The breakfast was not varied and just grab and go.」

「Over all our stay was comfortable enjoyable. We had an incident where we left some snacks in the room The maid’s came and cleaned it we got back and our bag of snacks were gone. Reported it the clerk said he would check into it gave us a little bit of a discount so that was helpful.」

「The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious for the Marquette area. It was very reasonably priced as well. We did have a some issues with controlling the heat, but the staff was very helpful in addressing it. They also offered extra blankets. We were very satisfied and would return and our next visit to the area.」
