"The location was perfect for respite from the hustle and bustle of city life and it was only about a 15 min drive into Hougton and Mt Ripley and about an hour (even with snowy weather and slick roads) drive to Mt Bohemia.Shelly was quick to respond when we had questions and couldn't start the fireplaced. She even had her son come out to fix it for us within a couple hours!The cabin was cozy and equipped with extra blankets, all the cooking utensils we needed to make dinners.The dry sauna was a perfect was the end a busy day of snowshoeing and skiing."

"We enjoyed our stay at this cute cabin while taking in the beautiful autumn colors. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, but also respectful of privacy.The overall feeling was cozy and warm and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics. The water frontage was perfect for sunsets and watching wildlife. The village of Lake Linden is quaint and you are near many other places of interest in the Keewanau area.We would definitely recommend this property for a home base while traveling.Thank you, Kierstin and Tom"
