A great all rounder

Super helpful staff and the most warmest of welcomes. Hotel itself needs a little TLC. The pool is really lovely. The water taxi from Kanapitsa beach is great for €5 pp and right opposite the hotel. The best restaurant is Johnny’s, which is a 9 minute walk from the hotel. Skiathos island is a must visit!

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson in Skiathos. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, the pool was nice and the free breakfast ample. Unfortunately the elevator was broken so we needed to bring up our luggage to our room - two flights up and down ( when we left). The beach across the street was nice with a lovely taverna and a cheap boat ride to the port. Ask for a view of the sea if you go.

This is an excellent hotel, perhaps the best in Skiathos, because in this island you will find many options for accommodation but those are apartments not hotels or rooms for rent, all the opposite of hotels. After staying in a mediocre and expensive apartment in town my body aches for the hard bed, and on my last day I stayed in Radisson I was very pleased and relieved. The breaksfast is delicious. Great staff, wonderful room and a very comfortable bed.

The Hotel was good but it could improve a lot more with a little more attention to details. The staff should give more info regarding Buses, Boat, Excursion to do, as a default without the guest asking for it.

Not what I expected from a Radisson

The staff were friendly, the food was good. The ‘inland view’ was literally a wall of mud and what looked like a porter cabin. The bathroom was a poor design, the door opened into the toilet, the shower got water all over the floor, no matter how hard you tried not too and there was a metal (I assume) towel holder sticking off of the wall with a screw coming out at head height and if you were to use it the towel would get wet through from the shower. Other hotels (the same price as the Radisson) offered a shuttle into the port area of Skiathos, the Radisson did not.

A bit overpriced. The staff working there is very nice but needs further training to be able to deal with customer needs efficiently and fast. I hope with time this hotel manages to improve its services and meet the high standards of other hotels in Skiathos.

Great hotel let down by cleaning team

Great hotel ,lovely front of house team ,who always happy to help and give you full attention,but the cleaners are very poor and cleaning of room poor ,numerous occasions we found the cleaner on her phone sitting on bed or room not cleaned correctly,with no fresh towels or floor not mopped or swept,also when got home had missing items of clothes and swimsuits which went missing during stay.the hotel is in a great location and pool fantastic and very close to beach.I would return but feel the management need to look into lack of cleaning by cleaners as this is the only point I found disappointing.

1) No complementary water bottle. Just one on arrival and rest of the stay you have to buy water bottles. 2) No dental kit available so don’t forget to bring your own brush and paste. 3) No iron for the clothes available. 4) Cleaning crew enters the room for regular cleaning without even knocking. 5) Got hair in the breakfast and when told the staff they just ignored it by laughing. 6) Staff Couldn’t track the prepayment that was made so was asking for paying the hotel again at checkin. So far worst stay ever in Radisson.

Appena arrivati ci aspettavamo la camera prenotata come vista dalla foto sul sito! 3 persone, 3 adulti e un bambino di 8 anni! Ci fanno trovare tutt’altro 😤 Il letto matrimoniale unito da due materassi con annessa biancheria singola, per il bambino un divano letto che dovevamo aprire noi con un materasso che sembrava una sottiletta! Bagno di 20 mq dove non puoi sederti manco sul water per quant è piccolo! Pulizia pessima… Alla modica cifra di 32200 !!!

Struttura rinnovata recentemente; perciò, rispetto ad altri hotel nei dintorni, sicuramente è tutto nuovo e si presenta bene. Tuttavia, siamo rimasti molto delusi del servizio, pressoché scadente e non all’altezza di un Radisson. Al nostro arrivo lo staff non è stato in grado di fornirci nemmeno due informazioni base sull’isola, cosa visitare etc., che mi sembra assurdo… Dovevano chiamarci per informarci sulla prontezza della camera e non è mai stato fatto. E tutte le volte che avanzavamo richieste inerenti la nostra camera, la risposta era che ci avrebbero richiamato, ma non è mai stato così. Siamo stati ignorati completamente. La camera era piena di farfalline, specialmente nel bagno, e quando si faceva la doccia era impossibile non riuscire ad allagare il bagno. Il servizio di pulizia della camera è stato molto impreciso in diverse occasioni: non veniva pulito sempre il ripiano del bagno, anche se era sporco; non venivano rimesse le tazze pulite dopo la consumazione del caffè complementare in camera etc. La colazione completa, ma di basso livello e per avere qualcosa di decente da bere, bisognava necessariamente rivolgersi al bar e pagare un supplemento. Inoltre, per avere un tavolo libero dove mangiare, bisognava sollecitare più volte il personale per far pulire il tavolo e togliere i piatti degli ospiti precedenti. Uniche due note di merito: il fatto che ci fossero a lavorare dei sordi muti (inclusività apprezzata); le ragazze del bar molto gentili. Connessione scarsa.
