「Clean, but there were other issues and expectations that were not met. No hot water was the second issue that we dealt with. Host would not pick up phone, did not answer text of voice messages until we spoke directly to VRBO. At the end, not what we preferred, but had to leave premises because the issue was not attempted to get resolved. About 9:30 that night, the 8 guest had to find somewhere to stay.」

「I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. 」
