Having walked past The Old School on previous visits to the area it was wonderful to spend time there. The view down the valley is stunning, and the house makes the most of its elevated position. The downstairs is open plan, and we found it accommodated five adults easily. We were very lucky with the weather but when there were wet boots, we left them in the laundry room overnight and they were dry by morning. The separate shower and bath were a real bonus. The owners accept dogs in the property, but the cleaning is such that it felt like a dog free house. Overall a lovely cosy property.
