Great Location

Perfect location in the middle of the village with parking (which is very hard to find in Grassington). Very comfortable with all the conveniences. Would definitely stay again.

Well equipped apartment in a quiet location close to the village centre.

Very relaxing holiday, no need to use the car once we'd arrived as there are plenty of walks from the door step with numerous pubs and cafés a short walk away.

Beautiful apartment /house

Great location with lots of walks on the doorstep and friendly pubs for that well earned pint at the end of the day. Easy to arrange booking communication with owners was always prompt informative and friendly.

Loved it!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Fern House. The property is perfectly located right in the centre of the village, with convenient parking right outside the front door. We would definitely stay again.

A Great Place to Stay for Hiking in Grassington

The property managers (Hazel and Andrew) provided not only great accommodations near the Square in Grassington, but also provided lots of information about things to do in the area. Further, they were very responsive to questions regarding their property.

Fabulous location!

I cannot fault this property at all! We stayed here around 5 years ago and couldn’t wait to return (unfortunately COVID prevented it being sooner)! The property is lovely, clean and cosy. Great location and only around 30 seconds walk from the village. Parking is a bonus. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

This was our second visit and will definitely be booking again. Lovely and clean and with everything you need in a perfect location with pubs, cafes, shops and lovely walks right on your doorstep. Very peaceful location, just what you need for a relaxing get away from it all. The main square is really pretty at night, all lit up if you fancy an evening stroll. Thank you Andrew and Hazel.

Herriott Country

Fern Cottage is lovely...located in Grassington where All Creatures Great and Small is filmed...in the centre of this beautiful Dales Village it is quiet and convenient. Communication with the host was easy and timely. The cottage was clean and well presented and as described. We would highly recommend a stay to anyone wishing to explore this area.

Amazing Stay in the heart of this wonderful village in a beautiful cottage.

This is a lovely cottage in the heart of Grassington. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was fully equipped everything you would need. Bed was so comfy and loved looking through the sky light at the stars. Lovely Bathroom! It was great to have a parking space and outdoor seats to sit in sunshine. We will be back. Lovely clean tidy apartment in a beautiful village

We had a lovely 4 day Break in Fern House in January.The apartment is very cosy and inviting a real home from home.Everything is there that you may need all kitchen appliances microwave, washing machine, dryer ,dishwasher etc. The village with its abundance of tea shop's , 3 pubs and a hotel with a "posh' restaurant and local shops are all within 100 metre's of Fern House. Grassington moor is just behind you with endless opportunities for some beautiful walks or go down by the river for a more sedate walk.Absolutely couldn't fault anything and the weather was fairly kind to us for January.We will definitely be coming back to Grassington and hopefully to Fern House. Thanks Andrew and Hazel

Cottage in Grassington

Nice location although small entrance for cars to courtyard . Outside area needs some upkeep and inside is a little tired although functional. Great Comms with owners who let us into the property early .

A superb place to stay with everything you need to ensure you have a perfect time. The property is easy to find in the centre of Grassington and surrounded by great restaurants, pubs, cafes and quaint shops. We had such a good experience that we decided to park the car in the dedicated parking place provided and leave the car for the full week as we enjoyed the property and location so much

Excellent location in the heart of Grassington. Perfect spot to explore surrounding towns. Lovely cottage with parking. Everything you need just beware the steep stairs and bathroom on different level to bedroom.

Fabulous accommodation!

We had a lovely few days here and loved every minute. The apartment was in a perfect spot in the village and great walks right on your doorstep. The property was very clean and smelled lovely and fresh. We enjoyed the muffins and biscuits too when we arrived, thank you! We will definately be returning very soon. It was the relaxing break we really needed. One thing we did notice was on the property details it mentioned a tumble dryer and slow cooker in the utility room but we didn't see them in there. It didn't make any difference to our stay though. Thank you once again. Dawn and Andy xx

Charming, clean, central, convenient!

This property is perfectly located, right in the heart of the village - everything is at your doorstep, including some outstanding walks, convenient bus services, and a small local grocery. Property was extremely clean, communication with owners was easy and professional. Highly recommend!

Perfect holiday

Fern House is the perfect place to holiday. It was very clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay in beautiful Grassington. The accommodation is right in the middle of the village so convient for all pubs, cafes etc. I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for a wonderful break
