The staff were very freindly and happy to help. The hotel has a nice, comfortable ambiance. It is very dog friendly- even providing a sausage for the dog at breakfast.

Location near the centre of Skipton is brilliant, the breakfast was excellent and the room was great.
We didn’t eat at the hotel but the menu looked really nice, we already had our evening meal organised.
The bar area very welcoming as can be seen in the hotel images from their website.
We would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Parking was easy. We were able to walk into town along the canal which runs along the rear of the hotel in 5- 10 minutes. Very enjoyable stay.

Had the Full Yorkshire which was fair and served hot, promptly and with friendly service. Usual selection of drinks, fruit, cereal and some pastries on offer. Bar has a wide selection but couldn't see an IPA option. Plenty if places to relax inside or outside.

The room was large enough with a nice ensuit shower room. Curtains were a good black-out. Really good selection of freshly cooked breakfast especially the black pudding. Left some stuff in my room and the staff contacted me that evening and posted it on. Thanks
