"This is a new hotel located a mile from Cleveland airport, that was the main reason we chose to stay there. Check in was easy, room was clean with all of the utilities, shampoo, conditioner shower gel etc... Staff were great, very accommodating and willing to assist. "Checked in late, but Mason was great. He had an enormous task of several groups before we checked in. He handled them with composure and superior attunement to finding the best solutions for their needs as well as the issue of being booked out. We waited for a long time and he greeted us like we were his first guests. He is a different class of service! We enjoyed the room and the checkout process was so smooth. Everything turned out great. "Very clean rooms. I checked for bedbugs, they were not present! Housekeeping was very efficient and went through at regular intervals (daily) to keep the room in good condition. The only thing that was negative was the first night we stayed, someone was yelling at someone else right outside our window at 4:00am and shortly after that, I thought I heard gunshots. That's not the staff's fault, that's the City of Elyria's fault."
