The apartment's biggest advantage was its location. It had a beautiful sea view, and was close to bus stops, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment itself is very large and spacious. However, it definitely needs some renovation or at least a good cleaning, as it was filthy. In one bedroom, the wardrobe door was broken, making it unusable. The TV screen was covered in handprints. There were no basic toiletries, such as soap in the bathroom or dishwasher tablets (even though they were announced earlier), and no duvet covers. The air conditioning in one room wasn't cooling, and the sink drain was clogged. Furthermore, there were unused items lying around the apartment, like a rolled-up rug on top of the wardrobe, or a curtain rod tucked behind a kitchen cabinet. I hope the owner fixes this, as the apartment has huge potential, but if I had known it would end up like this, I definitely wouldn't have chosen it.
