“Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing. However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. “all i wanted was a lovely clean room with a view of the beach but also not too far from the train station and this was exactly that. it was so close to the beach i could come back and relax after hours in the sun. the place looks even better in person and the lounge was so comfortable, i enjoyed looking at the sky change in the evening. when i left in the morning of my first day, they had refilled the water in my room before i had returned which was incredibly thoughtful due to the weather, i……

“This hotel is steeped in history- it is well located in Arundel but it is tired - had a annex room - immediately we walked into the corridor it smelled musty - the art work and the carpets old and tired. Room - clean - not luxurious- functional- furniture old - beds clean and comfortable. There were notices to tell you that should you spill anything on the carpet then expect a £100 fine . Bathroom basic - shower worked ok - black mould around basin taps and basin was stained. Convenient……
