"The hotel is well positioned but that’s where the positives end. There is no where to get a drink, or just to sit and relax. The advertised bar/restaurant is only open at certain times of the day and only for a short period, meaning if you want a coffee you will need to go out of the hotel to find a coffee shop. The fitness centre is tiny with 3 machines, and a small selection of very light weights. The staff are professional but not helpful. The hotel may be more suited to business travellers looking for a room only."

Check-in was smooth and efficient, handled by staff who were exceptionally polite, helpful, and comfortable in English throughout. A room upgrade was kindly provided, resulting in a spacious and immaculate room with a truly spectacular view over Tokyo Bay. The room was well-maintained and presented to an excellent standard. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay that we would recommend without hesitation. "

"Business hotel near Tokyo Big Sight was less expensive than others. We had excellent mini-suite with great beds. Nice breakfast buffet but few other amenities. Remote location and train to Shibuya is confusing especially finding the return train. "

"The staff were so kind and helpful. We had no problem getting our luggage transferred to this hotel from another area and they had it all in our room when we got upstairs. My husband loved the onsen. There were no funky smells, bugs, or anything. I loved that there was room to set up our baby crib. Overall there was a pretty compact feeling in the space but we had everything we needed and the proximity to Tsukiji market and other areas was amazing. Easy access to public transport and tons of taxis around if needed. Coin laundry was also easy and convenient. I only wish the walls were cleaner."
