「Really good, excellent service at concierge. Environment is quite and nice, near the nice view bridge / path. 24 hours family mart is not next to this hotel, however, walking there from hotel is just about 5-10 mins. if u prefer some restaurant /fast food choices near by, you can walk to TFT building which also nearby within 5-10 mins walking time. Location is not perfect, but quite near the station (東京ビッグサイト） If you have an event nearby, this is a good choice for a good stay.」

「房間設備齊全，乾淨整潔。喜歡鐵路的話會很喜歡面向路軌的景觀，而我即使沒關上厚厚的窗戶隔音板，晚上睡覺也沒被打擾。大堂提供免費茶啡。附近是商業大廈，有便利店和餐廳，離車站也不遠。不過要是拿著大件行李的話，去車站要繞一下路才能避開樓梯。」
