"New clean hotel, very friendly staff, who, despite language barrier at times, did their best (thanks to Google Translate). Amazing breakfast buffet, can try the onsen experience in the mineral pools in the spa. Close to a metro line, so although the hotel is not centrally located, one can get to other Tokyo neighborhoods easily

"Nice and cool on a hot day. Very welcoming reception-- staff and area. Rooms are small (but maybe big for Tokyo?) We only stayed one night. It's walking distance to a metro station. That said, to get to a major hub (Tokyo, Shinagawa) with luggage it's a bit of a haul. For our flight back from Narita we took a cab to Shinagawa (about 2000 yen) to catch the Narita express. "
