"The BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely not a single complaint. We stayed in the executive suite king bedroom and it was amazing. They had a lounge exclusive for the executive suite with a breakfast buffet with a wide selection of nutritious foods great for the health, especially when you’re on vacation. There was a snack time throughout the day then cocktail hour. This was all included too with the stay, AMAZING experience it definitely elevated the entire experience. Service was impeccable, the workers and servers are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The room itself was spacious, bathroom had plenty of space too and the toilet was heated and the shower had 3 different options. A bath tub, a rainfall shower and a removable handheld showerhead. They also offer sending your bags to your next hotel but just be sure to let them know 2 days in advance. Will definitely be staying here next time I come back to Tokyo. "The room was very good. The location is perfect. Step outside the Tsukiji fish market. 10 minute walk to Ginza 6 and shopping area. Lots of restaurants around area . Staff are very friendly. On our last night there, I called Go Taxi, but unfortunately the taxi driver couldn't find the hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond his duty and went around the block looking for the taxi driver He found him and took us to the taxi. I am forever grateful to him as we were trying to get a taxi to head back to airport to catch flight. This was one of my last impressions of how wonderful the Japanese hospitality is. I would definitely stay here again and tell my friends to stay here if they want to be near the market and Ginza area. Having the washer/dryer in room is bonus too "

"My stay covered a few different days and rooms due to my being with a group during the middle of my time in Japan. I shared a room and had my own single room at times. All the rooms where clean and well taken care of and included things like a coffee maker, steam iron and pad for pressing clothes, a humidifier. I had never staying in Tokyo and believe the rooms were pretty standard (on the small side) size for Tokyo. I paid in advance for the breakfast for most of my stay. Very good mostly western buffet style with plenty of choices to suit your needs. The front desk was helpful with my room transitions and when I needed to reach out to a local business for information. The Ginza district was a nice home base for me with easy, walkable access to subway lines. The famed Tsukiji fish market has moved the commercial operations to new location but left a multi-block area of mom and pop stall's with any kind of fish or meat product and other things. It's about a 15 min walk from the hotel and I highly recommend going there."

"The locker will not fit the standard carryon unless it's soft and you can smash it in, but there are places under the locker to place it. I felt very safe there, I got restful sleep, the facilities were clean, the staff was nice, I think it's a great way to save money if you are arriving from the flight to Japan late, a uniquely Japanese experience!"
