「What a pleasure to stay with Ayria! It was an amazing experience and kids love it. only 1 mins walk from the metro station. Big local supermarket just around the corner. Safe neighbor to have night walk with kids to explore Japan. I would stay again and also recommend to all other traveler.」

「Great place located very close to the Ebisu Station!」

「My family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Everything was excellent. The location was perfect. Plenty of amenities. Loved the shower and heated floors/toilets. The only reason check in wasn't ranked #5 was the need to use an app to open the front door initially. If my phone had better data service or I had the wifi password for the house beforehand I imagine there wouldn't have been a delay in getting inside the house. We would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it for families.」

「It is close to the station, about a minute walk across the railroad crossing, and there is a Japanese izakaya on the first floor and a café and family mart nearby. The living room is larger than most hotel rooms and refreshing. Everything in the apartment looks new. The space is large and perfect for a family vacation. The railroad tracks are nearby, so that is the only concern for some people.」

「I was traveling with my three teenage daughters. Spent 6 nights here at the end of a three week trip. There are four bedrooms, each with their own AC control. The kitchen/living area was great to hang out together, but everyone also had their own space to sleep. The neighborhood is quiet but really close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The owner was super responsive. Great experience 」

「It is very small, but worked out well. The pull-out sofa is quite comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice to have. The washing machine and dehumidifier also helped our stay immensely.」

「The check in process was easy because the property manager emailed me guides days before my trip to Japan. The room was as described and perfect for one or two people. I love the modern style and the shower room was high and spacious. There are controls for vent, drying, heating in there too. The location was super convenient for traveling around Tokyo and all the hot spots. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe to walk by yourself at night. 「We travelled to Tokyo for 13 days over spring break 2025 with two adults and three teens The house is perfect for a family of 5 IMO, the 4th floor served as the primary suite, the 2nd floor beds were perfrect for my two younger teens, and my oldest was comfortable on the 3rd floor bedroom off the kitchen. We lived in Japan for 5 years and I much prefer visiting when staying in a house vs hotel. Having laundry and full kitchen is a huge perk. FYI this property has very steep stairs - if you...

「Very cute and comfortable. Loved that there was family mart and 7-eleven walking distance. Was a little hard to find since it was tucked away in a little street but a nice shop owner showed us where to go. There is only one train station even remotely close so you have to plan all your trips accordingly or you have to walk 15 minutes up a hill from the other station. Also note there is a fire station across the street, it isn’t super noisy but might wake you up if you’re a light sleeper.」
