"Beautiful facilities, but a disappointing and unwelcoming service experience.
The hotel itself is stunning—extremely clean and the facilities are high-end and luxurious. However, our stay was marred by an experience at the bar that felt both disappointing and frankly, quite humiliating.
We were given vouchers for a complimentary drink, but when we went to redeem them, we were told we couldn't sit in the waiting area (which was completely empty) or the restaurant (which they claimed was fully booked, despite visible open tables). Instead, we were handed our drinks in plastic cups and told to take them to our room.
This was incredibly upsetting as our daughters were already asleep in the room; we were looking forward to a quiet moment to unwind after long days of exploring. Furthermore, the staff's English proficiency was well below what you would expect from a hotel of this caliber, making communication frustrating.
Lastly, the rules in the hot bath area were not enforced at all. There was constant noise and shouting, which ruined the relaxing atmosphere. A real shame for such a beautiful property."
