The hotel was amazing the views were breathtaking. The hotel lobby is on the 16th floor, and all the rooms are above that. So it feels lile you are staying in a luxury apartment high above seaside.

Staff was amazing. Location was great. It’s right above the Shinagawa SEASIDE Station. Not to be confused with the Shinagawa Station, yes there is 2. The only downfall IMO is the set controlled AC temperature. During winter it’ll automatically push out cold air during the day and warm at night which can feel really stuffy since the windows don’t open and twice we had to ask the staff to change it to cold during the day since they forgot and it felt like a hot box. Lobby is on the 16th floor which makes for a beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast is an ok variety. The Oval Garden mall is just outside so you can shop for clothes, groceries, restaurants, fishing gear, 7-11, Seria (100/110 yen) store, get a massage, hair cut, etc. You can get cheaper products from Aeon than Donki. The train takes you straight to Tsujiki Market and only 1 station change to Disney.

Stayed here many times. Mainly for location & convenience. There’s a decent number of cafes & eateries nearby. Aeon mall & supermarket is a big plus. Lawson downstairs. Rooms are comfortable but starting to show signs of aging. No frills hotel. No bottled water or skincare. Love their breakfast. Very healthy & clean tasting.

Location is ok. I stayed there for the convenience of shopping mall right there. The guy working the front desk was very accommodating. Breakfast was good. Would stay again!

Nice lobby , staff and environment, room itself is clean with nice harbor view but small with double size bed for a couple like us, if we booked twin size beds or within sofa bed perhaps we would stay even better, Within the pice we paid during Japan golden week that we are happy with our stay.

Comfortable Stay with a Beautiful View

The reception is on the 16th floor, and you can enjoy the view through the glass windows. It’s beautiful. There are plenty of sofas near the reception, and you can have water or coffee while waiting to check in. The room is also very clean, and the bathtub is spacious enough to soak in comfortably. I’m very satisfied with my stay. I’d love to come back again.
