"I travel a lot and this is by far the best in Lubbock. The staff goes above and beyond. Each person you pass says hi and smiles. The manager’s reception was great each night. They cleaned my room each day. No hotels do that anymore. Most do every other day or just wait till you ask or at checkout. I’ll stay there every trip to Lubbock. I’ve already booked for the Abilene and Odessa locations"

"It is a budget stay and for the price it was good. More attention to cleaning and upkeep suggested, but the bed was comfy and a good sleep was what we needed. Shower was hot even though the shower head needs replaced. Some wallpaper damage was unsightly in the bathroom. But the room was large."

"Pull out bed was disgusting and food crumbs all over it. Fridge didn’t work, tub would fill up during showers and faucet handle would fall off. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Two young teenage boys were there with their mom - I believe- cleaning rooms without her present. Glad we put a do not disturb sign on our door."
