「We stayed here for my son's graduation and had a large group. The house is in a great location, is a great size, and was very clean. We had plenty of room to spread out yet still be together. The kitchen is large and spacious and was a great gathering spot. The back patio was another favorite gathering spot. We also really enjoyed playing games at the poker table. Highly recommend!」

「We had an amazing weekend at this home! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The living spaces were cozy and perfect for spending time together. The teenagers lived the pool and okay orn hole in the evenings. The location was quiet but still close to town, which made it super convenient. Our family had such a great time, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!」

「We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. 」
