Great quite spot on north topsail

Beautiful home, at the furthest north end of topsail island. Very quiet area, with no hotels/condos or public beach access immediately next door. We went in june and still felt the beach was not crowded. The house is new with nice setup and upgraded appliances, kitchen, flooring, bathroom, etc.. Would stay here again.

We loved it!

We loved our stay! Family friendly and so close to the water! Cleanliness 10/10! Spacious and family friendly — no sibling fights from any kids all weekend! 10/10! We had one small complaint - there is only a Keurig and no regular coffee pot. We don’t use Keurig so we only had a bag of ground coffee with us that we couldn’t use. The margarita machine made up for this and next time we might just bring along our old coffee pot! Shoutout to Coffee Joy for being in walking distance!!! The owners of our house left a wonderful welcome surprise with after sun lotion that the kids needed and much appreciated. Next time throw a couple K cups in there for emergencies! Thank you so much for a beautiful weekend at the beach our whole trip was 10/10!!!
