Serene Oasis, Serene Oasis in North Topsail Beach, NC

A TRUE BEACH HOUSE! This IS the view from your main floor balcony --- THE BEACH! ! A beautifully updated OCEANFRONT 2200+sqft duplex, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms across 3 floors with 3 balconies, 5 tv's, a fully stocked kitchen, pool immediately below the 3 balconies - - keep a careful eye on the kids from any floor. There's a private hot tub* on the first balcony. There's a charcoal grill and picnic area in the backyard you share with 5 other duplex units.

On the first level above parking, you'll find an open floorplan with kitchen, dining and living area. The bathroom on this level has a walk-in shower and serves as the guest bath by day, as well as the ensuite to a king bedroom by night.

On the second floor, there's 3 bedrooms. The bunk room, furnished with a single bed bunk over a full-size bed, and the queen bedroom at the end of the hall share the hall bath complete with full size tub/shower. The third bedroom is a master suite with king bed.
The entire third floor is a suite with king bed, full ensuite with walk-in shower and private walk-out balcony over the backyard pool.

Every bedroom has its own television, as does the living area on the first level.
This home is the perfect retreat - wake to a glorious sunrise, coffee and breakfast on one of three oceanside balconies, a dip in the pool, collect seashells on your walk to the pier, build sandcastles or sand turtles on the beach, grill out and picnic in the backyard, close out the day with a soak in the hot tub and then to the balconies for a little stargazing before retiring to bed where the sound of the waves lull you to sleep.

Perfect House for Easter Weekend Getaway

The house was great for our group of 9. Having an elevator was a bonus for the grandparents in our group. Sandra was kind enough to let us check in early and called me to explain how to unlock the doors. She was responsive to questions we had along the way. This was our first time at North Topsail and everyone in the group said they would rent the house again. The pool, hot tub and bein oceanfront were all major pluses! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
