Perfect location for us

We loved being able to access mountain hikes without even getting in the car! This place had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub too!

Shadowbrook -Easy Perfect

Had a wonderful week stay. Loved the convenience of walking out our door to ski down to the life line! Communication with our host was easy and responsive. It’s our second time staying at Shadowbrook and are very happy we did!

Comfortable and Perfect location!!

We loved staying here! We walked right out to the pool and hot tub from our back door! So easy to park and a free shuttle was steps away from the property! The kitchen had everything you would need and more! Great vacation spot for adults and children!

Incredible location

Snowmass Trip

Shadowbrook is right on the slopes and is close to the mall as well. The condo was very nice, cozy with a great kithchen that is stocked with everything you need. The staff is always on top of things with great customer service. Will stay here again for sure!

Awesome Location - Better than advertised

We loved the condo. Perfect setup for our family of 5 with a teen. The extra bed in the den was great. Location was truly ski in ski out and just steps to the hot tub. Very well stocked kitchen. Mgmt was very helpful with an early check in.

Couldn't have been better for our family ski/snowboard trip. Management even texted us on check-in day to let us know we could check-in early without us even asking.... a game-changer for our family!!

Snowmass stay

We had a great stay at Shadowbrook in Snowmass. The location is truly the best at Snowmass. Ski right to your door plus easy access to the Mall and Base village. We have rented with iTrip several times before and they have been very responsive and helpful with any questions before and during the trip. They were also very flexible and generous with early check in and late check out which was very much appreciated. The unit itself was in good shape and very comfortable. Overall an excellent experience.

Highly Recommended!

We stayed at Shadowbrook 403 again and it did not disappoint! The convenience of the condo is the absolute best for ski in/ski out!! We loved the amazing views of the lifts and seeing skiers go by is always so enjoyable! This time we enjoyed the hot tubs as well, which was such a cool experience for our daughter. The condo itself is impeccably clean, cozy (yet spacious) with comfortable furniture and even more comfortable beds. The boot/glove drier is a huge plus! We absolutely love this place and will be back later this season!! As always, iTrip staff was supportive, extremely kind and fun to see again!

Shadowbrook 402

The unit is well equipped for lodging from 2 to 7, and we experienced all variations between 2 & 7 with various family members during our 8 night stay. Comfortable and well located for ski in - ski out, hot tubs & pool, and an easy walk up or down slope for shops and restaurants. The itrip staff support is great, pleasant and promptly attentive to any issues...and there were very few and minor issues, mostly our questions. This was our second year at Shadowbrook and we plan to return. Highly recommend.

Had a great time. Only 2 recommendations.... All 5 of us did not sleep well due to pillows being to soft. The trash can in kitchen should be bigger.

Perfect location

Shadowbrook is an older condominium complex. Probably built in the 80’s. They have updated it some but it still has carpet and old furniture. The pool and hot tub appear to be newer and we’re lovely. The bedrooms are in the front of the unit along the exterior walkway - so summer month you must leave the windows open due to no AC and risk someone walking by and looking in your bedroom. This is problematic since you don’t have privacy. The unit also didn’t have a great flow of air so it stayed 78-85 inside even with the door open and even when the temps outside were nice in the 60’s. We also had construction outside our window begin at 6:45 am for several days. iTrip Aspen was very thoughtful and tried to move us - we didn’t only because the next unit also appeared hot and didn’t have a pool which our grandson loved. When construction continued the following day she asked if we wanted to stay on another unit in shadowbrook on the opposite side of the construction noise but we had a reservation to hike Maroon Bells so we couldn’t get out in time for them yo turn our unit over (the caveat she gave us) The location is EPIC! we walked everywhere and rode the gondola - the newer Snowmass Village with the Viceroy is a quick walk - it was so lovely. I would definitely rent from iTrip again but ask questions that now I know need asking!

Great summer stay!

Terrific stay in this unit. Quiet location even though conveniently adjacent to the pool. Comfortable beds, newly renovated bathrooms and cleanliness were all appreciated. Well stocked kitchen though we enjoyed nearby restaurants instead of cooking! Loved that there was a working ice maker and filtered water dispenser in the fridge. Like most mountain units there was no air conditioning but fans were provided in every room (we used in bedrooms). Doing laundry was easy with 3 washers/dryers in the shared laundry facility. Assigned parking spot was big enough for a large vehicle. Excellent location half way between base village and mall. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Fabulous Location

Our unit was nicely decorated, comfortable and awesome location. Literally skied to our front door. Bus stop was convenient as well. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. We will definitely stay at Shadowbrook again!!

Perfect Snowmass Location

This condo is set up perfectly for a family, two couples or a group for riding or a ski trip with the boys. The extra beds and third bathroom are a huge plus. Then Snowmass mall is literally just up the hill and the local market only 1/2 mile away. The mall has some great food offering including BBQ, Mexican and a coffee shop! Great Condo … Great Location Great Host!

Comfortable place

One of the best getaways ever! The Snowmass cottage is everything promised, charming, sunny, comfortable and meticulously clean. The hosts are gracious and took care of everything. We hope that many more get to enjoy the peace and quiet of this quaint little Snowmass cottage. Perfect parking facility. Nice clean number pots and Pan we cooked number of days without any issues. Washer and dryer. Is any tithings are missing they provided in couple of hours . I highly recommended. Five star services.
