"The showerhead in the room was loose so wasnt easy to use. The breakfast was okay but the scrambled eggs had a funny taste. The. Iews from the hotel room were good but the wallpaper was peeling in a few places. "

"Room is modern, well equipped (safe, fridge, kettle, usb sockets) and smart. It is quite small - but adequate. Hotel is situated on sea front with excellent views from sea-facing rooms. We usually find on- street car parking close by. Good range of bars and restaurants close by. Bus to city centre stops close by "

"We stayed just one night prior to getting the ferry back to England. We had our dogs with us and the hotel catered very well for them. We didn't have breakfast or dinner in the hotel, but there were plenty of choices for both within a short walk of the hotel."

"I love this hotel, we visit every year. It is very relaxing, the pools are great and the indoor thermal pool is amazing. Spa service is very good also. Food is fantastic, staff are very professional and friendly. The service in the bar/cafe can be very slow. The bedrooms are very old and really need to be renovated, they smell of damp and are very dusty. It is a shame as the rest of the hotel is absolutely lovely."
