"Absolutely amazing house, stunning views. Our kids wanted some snow for Christmas, and boy did they get it! The host was great, checked on us after a flight delay and had the driveway shoveled for our arrival. We can't wait to get back up here during the summer. I would highly recommend staying at this property anytime of the year."

"We stayed at Sodus bay view for Christmas weekend2025. The property was clean and was the perfect place for our family to “meet in the middle” for the holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a nice assortment of glassware , pots pans and silverware. The beds were comfortable and even though we provided our own linens for each it didn’t deter from comfort or the over all experience. The water was HOT and shower pressure good. Nice view of the bay and neighborhood/beach. The dogs enjoyed long walks around before the snow blanketed the town. First floor bathroom and bedroom were a must for my elderly dad who joined in on the family fun. "

"This house and area were amazing. The views of the cliffs, lake and rock beach were so beautiful. The house had all the kitchen items anyone could need. There were games and activities. As a family who lives all over the country if was so nice to sit in the familyroom all together and laugh. The lical restaurants were really good. The beds were so comfortable. The house was clean and open. The photos do not do it justice. We would stay here again. Loved it. "

"No pets allowedVery small but perfect for 2 . Under new ownership and the new owners seem to be making upgrades to the property. Check in was a breeze and Brian is very responsive.The bungalow is a walkable distance to the beach and lighthouse."

"We really enjoyed our girl's weekend stay at Karen's cottage. We six ladies sitting around the outdoor gas fireplace in the evening was so nice. Plenty of room around the dining table and the livingroom was comfortable. Plenty of parking too."

"Perfect place for our weekend stay! Walking distance to shops, food, and the beach! We walked to the lighhouse every morning!The rental was clean and the beds were comfy! The kitchen was well-appointed. Thad was very quick to respond to respond. We notified him that only half the toaster worked and a new one arrived the next day!Would definitely stay here again!"
