This Bay Street cottage has a homerun of view overlooking the baseball field to Sodus Bay. Sleeps 5 with 2 bedroom, 1 bath - all you need to enjoy the perfect getaway. Walking distance to the Sodus Point Restaurants, Shops, and the Sandy Beach on 1st street. A playground for the kids within view of the property. Can't beat the location just steps away from everything Sodus Point has to offer. You will not find a better deal on the Point! A larger 2nd property is also available next door for a larger booking option.

No pets allowedVery small but perfect for 2 . Under new ownership and the new owners seem to be making upgrades to the property. Check in was a breeze and Brian is very responsive.The bungalow is a walkable distance to the beach and lighthouse.

Cozy little bungalow

We had a very nice stay. It was perfect for the two of us. The location was great! It was close to friends’ cottages, restaurants, activities at the ballfield and the lake. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated. The outside needs a little bit of attention; deck, and landscaping. We will definitely be back again if rental price does not increase. Cute place.
