So convenient right in the center of things — easy come and go. Choice to have your room serviced or not disturbed with the click of a button on the door. Lots of amenities provided. Very comfortable bed and pillows — beds are soft, which I love!

The location is great - next to the historic downtown Sofia. The staff is friendly, respectful and 24/7 available. We needed a taxi at 3:30 am and it came 4 minutes after the receptionist made the call. Will be back.

"Overall we had a comfortable 4-night stay, there were a few issues but the staff mostly found solutions. The location is perfect, 2-5min wall to Serdika station, Vitosha Blvd and not much longer to other sites.
